The First Wave Premiere

Grateful to have had the opportunity to partner with our friends at Nat Geo for the launch of their new documentary, The First Wave, at Tavern on the Green in NY. The documentary highlights the everyday heroes who were on the front line of the initial COVID-19 outbreak in New York City. In an effort to both honor and thank these heroes, we wanted to create a space that was both celebratory and respectful. Thoughtful activations such as a sound proof booth that allowed guests to record personal messages for health care workers as well as a gallery with oversized artwork featuring these heroes were present throughout the venue. In addition, stylish lounge furniture, beautiful florals and a Nat Geo branded step & repeat were brought in to help transform the look and feel of this iconic venue for the evening. It was truly an honor to be part of this meaningful evening as we all paid our respects to the first responders who sacrificed so much to help so many.
