Bohemian Rhapsody Red Carpet + Premiere After Party

Held at the Paris Theatre in NY and After Party at the infamous Plaza Hotel, this premiere was truly fit for a “Queen!” From the custom purple carpet to the rich gold ornate moldings and frames, the carpet was anything but ordinary. Guests made their way to the Plaza Hotel for a stunning event that span both the Palm Court and Terrace room and Mezzanine. Palm Court was completely transformed into an incredible lounge with an ornate rock vibe that set the tone for the event. A custom harlequin center bar was the focal piece of the entrance, purple draping, dozens of golden candelabras in various heights, with a well-executed design of lounge furniture that completely transformed the look of The Plaza.
The Terrace was even more opulent with even more gold candelabras and décor in golds, blacks, reds and deep purples. The room was further enhanced with mannequins displaying costumes from the film placed on custom harlequin risers. Plush purple velvet booths with gold coffee tables with a mix of the perfect leather Cambridge style sofas and high back throne chairs with gold ornate trim made the room transform. The florals enhanced the gorgeous buffets set by Great Performances along with stunning service pieces and silver ornate chafers. The overall lighting created the most intimate setting for this premiere. Red ceiling washes and up lights mixed with purples harlequin break up patterns really created the dramatic look designed for this event.
